30 Years to Plan Her Next Party

Golden, Colorado. November 15, 2005. Sylvia Johnson, 41, will have the next 30 years to plan her next teeen sex and booze party. This should give her plenty of time to make sure she is a really cool mom!
Sylvia was not very popular in high school. But she found a way to make herself feel wanted and needed. She held weekly drug, booze and sex parties for her daughters classmates. Starting in October of 2003 and ending in October of 2004, Johnson held these parties for at least eight teen boys, and had sex with five of them. She told police it made her feel like part of the crowd. She further described herself as a "cool mom."
Johnson was charged with:
- Two misdemeanor counts of sexual assault
- Nine felony counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor
- Third-degree assault
- Violation of a restraining order
In July Johnson plead guilty.
She still may have additional charges filed against her for a seperate offense when in September she allowed her 14 year old daughter to drive the family SUV. Johnson was a passenger in the vehicle. The daughter drove the vehicle off the interstate, injuring everyone inside.
The "cool mom" has been sentenced to 30 years in prison. We have awarded Johnson one out of five OFP News Puke Awards.
