Seattle, Washington. November 17, 2005. Dr. Charles Momah is disgusting. He is without any morals. Because he is disgusting and without any morals, he will be spending up to 23 years in a state prison.

Dr. Charles Momah, 49, was charged with seven counts that included rape in the second and third degree, committing indecent liberties and filing fraudulent insurance claims. The complaint identifies four patients who were victims of sexual abuse. More than 50 other patients have filed civil suits against Momah for similar offense due to the statute of limitions (3 years in this state) running out.

"You have been wanting this for a long time and so have I," Momah allegedly told one victom before raping her. Another client who claims to have been molested dozens of times, usually while under anesthesia, had several surgeries that she now feels were unnecessary, said "I was very sore in my private area after it happened and my breasts were sore too. On many occasions, I would wake up and I don't know what it was, but there was clearish, white stuff oozing out. Like, as if you had sex with somebody."

An attorney for one of the woman in the complaint said, "Many women found his penis in their mouth when they woke up from surgery."

Another woman who was molested on three ultrasound visits said, "He would thrust the vaginal probe in and out of me like it was a sex object. You're laying down and wondering what the heck is he doing. You never go to a physician thinking this is going to happen to you."

On Wednesday, the 349 pound Nigerian born physician was found guilty on all four counts dealing with rape and taking indecent liberties. The remaining three counts he will face in April of 2006. Thos deal with filing fraudulent insurance claims. He also has more than 50 civil suits to deal with.

This creep does not deserve to be anywhere but where he is now living - amongst the other dredges of our society, in prison. We have awarded this jerk three out of five OFP News Puke Awards.
